Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Awedeet in Mumbai. You will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication with candidates, recruiting, and training, Overall Employee Experience.

Align with Company Goals: Collaborate with leadership to develop recruitment strategies that support company growth objectives.
Create a Hiring Pipeline: Proactively source and engage candidates, building a robust talent pipeline. Scout Top Talent: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
Recruiting & Interviewing: Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Background Verification: Manage the background verification process.
Onboarding & Orientation: Create a welcoming onboarding experience that integrates new employees into the company culture.
2. Employee Experience and Culture:
Champion Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Enhance Employee Experience: Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives.
Cultivate a Positive Culture: Shape and reinforce company culture, fostering collaboration and excitement.
3. HR Operations & Exit Management:
Streamline HR Operations: Develop and implement efficient HR processes.

4. Talent Development & Performance Management:
