Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing timely updates and solutions to maintain trust and satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, onboarding, product, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless issue resolution and delivery of commitments. Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on product features and capabilities to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their experience. Feedback Collection: Capture and report customer feedback from various channels, using insights to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
