The role involves initiating contact, handling inbound queries, clarifying information, maintaining communication logs, and organizing data systematically in Excel.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct outreach to prospects through LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and email.* Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients, collaborators, or stakeholders.* Respond to queries professionally and provide necessary clarifications.* Maintain comprehensive and updated records of conversations, leads, statuses, and outcomes in Excel.* Track and manage outreach metrics such as response rates, follow-ups, and engagement.* Collaborate internally to understand message positioning and communication guidelines.* Assist in drafting standard message formats and outreach templates.* Provide weekly/monthly reports on activity and outcomes.Required Skills:* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).* Ability to draft professional messages and maintain an engaging tone.* Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting).* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.* Ability to follow communication scripts and maintain brand tone of voice.* Self-driven personality with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Good to Have:* Experience in community management or lead generation.* Understanding of engagement KPIs and outreach strategies.* Familiarity with CRM or outreach automation tools (optional).What We Offer:* Collaborative and supportive work environment* Learning and growth opportunities* Exposure to communication, networking, and audience management
