Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and maintaining BOQ Strong analytical skills and rate analysis capabilities Experience with billing systems Knowledge of quantity surveying Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications and previous field experience are a plus
