The Billing Engineer/Field Engineer will be responsible for preparing and maintaining bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying tasks. Responsibilities also include on-site verification, measurement documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and maintaining BOQStrong analytical skills and rate analysis capabilitiesExperience with billing systemsKnowledge of quantity surveyingExcellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications and previous field experience are a plus
