Position: Tekla Structures Trainer

Work Mode: On-site / Remote

Qualification: BE/ME/BTech/MTech (Civil / Mechanical)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Training Instruction: Design and deliver structured Tekla & Steel Detailing sessions through classroom, online, workshop, and practical formats.

• Standards Training: Teach AISC, BS, and IS codes with real project examples and guide trainees in applying them to drawings.

• Curriculum Development: Create and update industry-relevant training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.

• Workshop Management: Organize and manage technical workshops, seminars, and career-focused training events.

• Student Mentoring: Provide one-to-one guidance, feedback, and project support to make trainees job-ready.

• Quality Control: Review student work, ensure accuracy, and maintain high training standards.

• Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with trainees, teams, and industry partners for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Steel Detailing experience

• Strong knowledge of AISC, BS & IS standards

• Expertise in Tekla Structures

• Ability to handle training programs, workshops & learner assessments

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
