Lead Tele Sales & Customer Support 's day-to-day key responsibilities include:
Achieving monthly customer acquisition targets and actively participating in upselling and cross-selling of our offerings and products
Communicate with B2C customers via phone, email, and chat (feedback and sales support).
To keep abreast with and educate our customers about our offerings and products across verticals (OMKITCHEN Just Organic, OMJOOS, OMDAIRY and OMSWEETS)
Addressing customer complaints and grievances and generating a positive customer experience outcome.
Maintain daily orders and customer feedback related MIS to support business decisions
Research competitors and suggest ways to improve business/sales.
Market research to gather new prospects data and approach them to generate new leads for corporate vendors
Skills Required:
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Hindi
Candidates with prior experience in selling Hospitality packages/ Restaurant memberships will be preferred.
Well-versed with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Years of Experience Required: 5+ years
Educational Qualifications: Graduate. Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/ Food & Beverage Industry will be preferred
Job Location: Noida (Uttar Pradesh)
Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office in Noida)- 6 days a week
