Data Analyst Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support client business processes and operations activities. The successful candidate will combine best-in-class operational and analytical skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysts will collaborate with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items and ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. They will understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures. Data Analysts will execute and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes and strive to identify opportunities for process improvement. They will implement process improvements in operational processes and remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually improve/enhance processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics/communication, electrical engineering, or related fields. 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts). Exposure to stored procedures is a plus. Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting with broad-based experience in managed care, analytics, and/or healthcare is preferred. Ability to work with people in different time-zones and lead the delivery of analytic results to clients.
