Business Finance ConsultantJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Finance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering business solutions that drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions to address these requirements. Your expertise in finance modules, accounting principles, and financial reporting processes will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to our clients.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and possess strong knowledge of localizations, including EU VAT, Intrastat, and E-Invoicing.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure finance modules in D365 F&O, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting / Cost Accounting, Tax, and Translation of business requirements into clear functional specifications.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and support data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation.Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Materials.Coordinate and support UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Strong expertise in Finance modules — must understand accounting principles, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.Experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations (preferably with international or multi-entity rollouts).Solid understanding of localizations (e.g., EU VAT, Intrastat, E-Invoicing, etc.) and regulatory compliance.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Others:Knowledge of D365 electronic reporting (ER) and Power Platform integration is a plus.Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) is desirable.
