Role Requirements :
Enable Execution of Leadership Initiatives :
Prepare Business Case/Proposal and related documents & presentations for strategic initiatives/projects in alignment with Leadership
Coordinate and facilitate discussions on such initiatives with designated teams, practice leaders and representatives
Work with designated teams, practice and business support representatives to facilitate action in the organization
If required, take up Project Management role to enable faster project execution
Support leadership on identifying team for initiative/project execution
Create analysis sheets, discussion documents to facilitate issues resolution and communication artefacts such as emails, announcement drafts, etc. as required to facilitate project execution.

Enable Action:
Have discussion with Leadership on regular basis
Align on matters that require intervention
Act as per leadership guidance to enable swifter action

Support in Evaluation of Business Case/Proposal :
Evaluate Business Cases/Proposals/Business Plans coming from Practice and Business Support team
Review and extract key points to brief Leadership Team
Understand and ensure that Business Case/Proposal captures important aspects from Leadership perspective
Support teams in aligning Business case/Proposal with standards required for Leadership consideration

Track and Report on Key Projects:
Track execution of strategic projects
Report and brief Leadership team periodically on progress
Escalate matters requiring leadership interventions

Represent Steering Committee:
If required, represent project steering committee on routine calls in alignment with leadership directives
Extract important points from the calls and brief Leadership team on important matters requiring intervention

Successful execution of the role will result in:

Faster, efficient and effective creation, selection and execution of strategic projects
Faster decision making by leadership team
Higher return on investment on strategic projects
Increase in number of strategic project implementation
Faster and timely execution of strategic projects
Faster turnaround on feedback by Leadership on business case, proposals and practice plans
Optimal use of leadership bandwidth

Indirect Metrics:
Growth in Organizational Revenue
Improvement in financial and operational efficiency of Organization.
Improvement in Client Satisfaction.
Higher employee satisfaction.
Increase in organizational resilience and robustness (Low fluctuation in revenue and profitability with economic cycle).

Preferred Professional Expertise/Qualification:
Project Management Experience > = 2 years in change management involving multiple organizational functions and multiple geographies
Or
Experience in Executive Assistant role enabling top leadership >= 2 years
Good to have Process Consulting Experience and/or managing Centre of Excellence (CoE) for an organization
Good to have experience of creating, evaluating and presenting Business Cases & Proposals
Good to have leadership experience of managing a team of 5-10 members

Preferred Educational Qualification:
MBA/CA with strong multi-functional experience.
Graduate qualification in technical, science or commerce discipline.

Preferred Tools Expertise:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
Good to have experience in Project Management tools like MS Project
Good to have experience in MS Visio and Power BI
Good to have experience in Process Automation Tools
