Hiring for Salesforce Developer role.📍 Location: Offshore – India (Remote)⏳ Duration: 2-3months (extendable)💼 Experience: 5+ years 💼Payroll: Dautom🔧Key Responsibilities• Design and develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, LightningComponents, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.• Implement workflows, triggers, and process automation to enhance businessprocesses.• Develop APIs and integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications(Oracle/SAP), docusign, Payment gateways etc.• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyserequirements.• Create scalable, maintainable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.• Ensure optimal system architecture, including data models, security, andperformance tuning.• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.• Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into solutions.🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.• Proven experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.• Expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware.• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.• Experience with DevOps tools like Flosum, Copado, Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively withstakeholders.• Leadership qualities to mentor and guide team members.🧾Certifications:• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).• Platform App Builder I (mandatory).• JavaScript Developer I (mandatory).• Salesforce Platform Developer II and other advanced certifications (preferred)Interested candidates with relevant experience can also connect with Shaloo Rani on LinkedIn hereDautom Company Introduction:Dautom is a prominent name across the globe in IT consulting services.
