Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and integration methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Customize and configure Salesforce modules to align with business needs, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization within the Salesforce environment.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices.Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of data migration techniques using tools like Data Loader, Talend, or MuleSoft.Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required; PD2 or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
