As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance our business operations and improve customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with other systems and applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.Education Cloud and Salesforce Einstein, service cloud and data cloud.Qualifications:3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration.Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, or other Salesforce products.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce developmentJoin OneOrigin and be part of a team that is shaping the future of technology
