Enterprise Network Solutions ExpertThis position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of large-scale enterprise network solutions.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional support for customer problem resolution and engagement in complex technical challenges.Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Promote organizational excellence.Continuously enhance technical skills within relevant domains and related technologies.Consult and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize products and services to achieve business objectives.Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Scope:Interface with customers, leadership, engineering teams, partners, field personnel, managers, and internal product organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching.Relevant Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE).
