The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and have experience with paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.Create and manage a structured creative testing framework.Identify creative hypotheses, design test plans, and execute multi-channel tests.Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams to align on performance goals and creative priorities.Manage high-touchpoint client relationships and present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps.Optimize creative testing pipelines across various platforms.Build processes and workflows to scale testing operations efficiently.Proactively identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and new test methodologies.Key Requirements:5+ years of performance marketing experience, specifically in mobile marketing and mobile gaming UA.Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit.DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.Deep understanding of performance metrics.Highly analytical mindset.Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple parallel test tracks.
