Our company is looking for an Accounts Executive to play a key role in managing our financial transactions and records. This position involves handling accounts payable and receivable, financial data entry, reconciliation, and supporting the finance team.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.ResponsibilitiesProcess Accounts Payable (AP) Transactions: Verify and code invoices, prepare payment requests, and coordinate with vendors for timely payments.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up with customers for timely payments.Perform Financial Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in the accounting system.Reconcile Bank Statements: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documents.Assist in Month-End and Year-End Closing Activities: Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.Prepare and Analyze Financial Reports: Provide insights on the company's financial performance.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure accurate and timely financial information flow.Stay Updated with Relevant Accounting Regulations: Ensure compliance.Support Internal and External Audits: Provide necessary documentation and information.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceProven Work Experience as an Accounts Executive or Similar RoleSolid Understanding of Accounting Principles and ProceduresProficient in Using Accounting Software and MS Office SuiteStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsAttention to Detail and Accuracy in Data Entry and Record-KeepingExcellent Organizational and Time Management AbilitiesEffective Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to Work Independently and as Part of a TeamFamiliarity with Relevant Accounting Regulations and Standards
