Senior Financial Systems Expert

Job Summary:Lead SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects from planning to delivery, focusing on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.Configure and customize S/4 Hana module to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement solutions for General ledger, AP, AR, Asset accounting, Banking Integration, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, COPA, and product costing, leveraging expertise in financial processes.Hands-on configuration experience in S/4 SAP FICO module, along with specific integration requirements with SAP MM, PP, SD, Retail modules, driving business outcomes through efficient processes.Experience with S/4 FICO reports and analytics, as well as Relevant Fiori applications for reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Provide training and support to clients on S/4 SAP FICO module, developing strong relationships and ensuring long-term success.Support for monthly and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.Work closely with the user community, other SAP business process leads, SAP development team, and other team members on IT projects, fostering collaboration and open communication.Identify costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on integration with other systems and SAP modules, providing strategic recommendations.Act as a liaison with Finance business and ERP team for troubleshooting, business process mapping, and system enhancements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in system and integration testing and production go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Contribute to best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts and stay up-to-date with S/4 SAP FICO module enhancements and best practices.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support work experience, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.Minimum two full life-cycle implementations, showcasing ability to deliver complex projects.Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of work experience with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education.Must possess core strength in SAP Finance (SAP FI) and SAP Controlling (SAP CO), with a solid understanding of financial processes and systems.Should have integration knowledge of FICO with other SAP modules (MM and SD), as well as experience with Finance-Retail process, driving business growth and innovation.Should have in-depth SAP experience with FI Configuration which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Asset Accounting, FSCM, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of financial systems.SAP Controlling configuration which includes General controlling, Cost center accounting, Cost element accounting, Profit center accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project system, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Must be an SAP accounting and costing expert, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.Experience in NA Sales and Use tax, EU Value Added Tax, and Statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Experience in Retail and/or Fashion Industry is a huge plus, providing valuable insights and expertise.Experience in Global Implementation will be a plus, driving business growth and expansion.Excellent communication (both written & verbal), presentation, and business relationship skills, ensuring strong relationships and partnerships.Experience with managing teams & business partners across the globe desired, driving collaboration and open communication.Experience with Concur (T&E) and Vertex will be a Plus, providing valuable expertise and insights.
