Finance Leader Job SummaryThis role entails serving as a senior financial expert responsible for executing various financial duties, encompassing expense verification, journal entries, bank payments, and cash management.Main Responsibilities:Verify and process expense bills for payment, adhering to all applicable policies and regulations.Process journal entries in accounting software and update the general ledger accurately.Execute bank payments and maintain up-to-date records of accounts.Maintain payment and journal vouchers in accordance with company standards.Process cash payments and manage petty cash effectively.Prepare detailed reports on cash and cash investments.Conduct thorough cash reconciliations.Deduct and deposit income tax and TDS accordingly.Assist in preparing the balance sheet schedule.Promptly respond to internal and external audits.Liaise with banks and other relevant agencies.Ensure continuous maintenance and updating of files.Assist in monthly book closing.Prepare debit notes for expenses incurred on behalf of inter-company entities.Arrange foreign currency for overseas travel needs.
