Job Description We are seeking a skilled consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, and drive project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.Required Skills & Qualifications:4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.Why Join Us?We offer a competitive salary, hybrid work model, health insurance coverage, paid leave, annual trips, and continuous learning opportunities.Interview Process:Our interview process consists of three rounds: two technical and one managerial.
