PV Module Production Supervisor Position

Solar Production Manager JobWe are seeking an experienced Solar Production Manager to lead our OEM production process for solar PV modules.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the entire OEM factory process, including incoming material inspection, production workflows, and final product testing.Responsibilities include verifying that all raw materials used by the OEM factory comply with CSI BOM requirements and overseeing production quality, conducting final product inspections, and supervising shipment processes.A key aspect of this role is reviewing and validating technical process documents such as soldering parameters and EL testing standards, as well as supervising reliability tests including PID testing and damp heat cycling.Additional responsibilities include providing updated BOMs, SIPs, SOPs, and technical drawings to OEM partners, using analytical tools to quickly diagnose and resolve common issues, and establishing a rapid-response mechanism to resolve urgent on-site quality issues within 2 hours.The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and following up on 8D reports for major quality incidents, tracking daily production progress, and ensuring timely reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3–5 years of experience in engineering or a quality/technical department of a PV module factory, preferably in the solar industry.Strong knowledge of EL/IV curve testing, CTM calculation methods, and EVA crosslinking degree testing.Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.Familiarity with India's BIS certification process and local labor laws.Proficiency in English language, with Gujarati proficiency preferred and Mandarin (Chinese) an advantage.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our solar PV module production operations.We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
