Solar PV Production Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Solar PV Production Manager to oversee the entire OEM factory process, including incoming material inspection, production workflows, and final product testing.This role plays a vital part in ensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and compliance across the solar PV module production process.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EL/IV curve testing, CTM calculation methods, and EVA crosslinking degree testing.Monitor and manage all aspects of the OEM factory process.Verify that all raw materials used by the OEM factory comply with CSI specifications.Oversee production quality, conduct final product inspections, and supervise shipment processes.Review and validate technical process documents such as soldering parameters (stringer temperature, lamination time) and EL testing standards.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3–5 years of engineering experience in the quality or technical department of a PV module factory, with at least 3 years in the solar industry.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with India's BIS certification process and local labor laws.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in the solar industry.What We OfferWe provide a dynamic work environment and competitive compensation package.
