**Production Supervisor**

**Job Role**:Production Head’s responsibilities include understanding the requirements of customers, monitor and implement the production process, coordinate with other department of the unit, organizing training and equipment for team, and ensure that quality product is delivered on time and as per order.

**Location**:Jaipur

**Qualification (Must/Desirable)**: Any graduate/ postgraduate

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years in managing production preferably in Jewelry Industry
- Proven ability to drive and implement the production process and PPC
- Proven ability in supervising the production process and resolving issues
- Proven experience in driving production based on customer needs and ensuring timely delivery
- Proven ability to maintain and manage quality standards
- Ability to achieve set targets on time
- Ability to manage people and provide training as per the requirement
- Effective communications skills

**Job Requirement**:

- Supervise and execute the production process.
- Ensure daily production target is met.
- Maintain pre-delivery standards.
- Control precious gold and metal loss.
- Organize inter-departmental meetings functional teams on a predefined agenda for smooth working.
- Training the workers on working effectively with control on gold loss.
- Maintain inventory and production records.
