Razorpay, Bangalore is hiring a Senior Associate/AM - NIT Client Success. We are looking for a B2B/SAAS Sales Specialist with 2-6 years of relevant experience along with the below skill sets:
Responsibilities:
- Experience in retention, Upselling, and cross-selling.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Lead campaigns and promote proactive customer contact strategy to manage and improve Churn, Retention & Customer Delight at a product level.
- Experience into Portfolio and Account management and B2B/SAAS sales is mandatory.
- Knowledge into selling of Neo-banking products preferred.
- Candidate from Fintech/banking industry is only preferred
Job Location - Koramangala, Bangalore, Work from the office.
