About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of US Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Civil Engineering or Architecture, excellent sourcing and screening abilities, and strong communication skills.Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for US clients within the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in our system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market developments in civil engineering and architecture.Key Responsibilities:As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for:Sourcing and selecting top talent for our US clients.Coordinating interviews and assessments.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Maintaining accurate records and databases.Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.Providing exceptional customer service.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our clients.
