As a talent partner, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.What you will do:Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various Support Band and Professional Band (non-exempt and exempt level) positions in the assigned region. Function as a talent partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.Manage an ongoing, high volume of requisitions with limited oversightExecute recruiting strategies which include: job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checkingCreate strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openingsCommunicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experiencePrioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partnersUtilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipelineRepresent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and valuesPartner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and identify and learn best practice recruiting methodologyComply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirementsWhat experience you need3 years' experience in a corporate recruiting roleBachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience requiredAdvanced consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvementExpertise in professional social networking used to market roles, connect with and identify qualified candidatesAbility to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high quality resultsExperience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environmentTrack record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talentAbility to advise hiring managers on recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligenceDemonstrate strong influencing, decision making and execution skillsWhat could set you apartAgency recruiting experienceAbility to overcome obstacles, proactively manage expectations and relationships, provide innovative ideas and solutions, and shares best practicesStrong project management and critical thinking skillsWe offer a hybrid work setting, comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, attractive paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?  Apply today, and get started on a path toward an exciting new career at Equifax, where you can make a differencePrimary Location: IND-Trivandrum-Equifax Analytics-PECFunction: Function - Human ResourcesSchedule: Full time
