Job Title: Growth Operations ManagerThis is a critical role for ambitious individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities.You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, aggressively exploring new growth vectors, and driving rapid experimentation. The focus is on driving relevant user acquisition for web and app users in the US Market for Math, Language, and Music categories.Main Responsibilities:New Growth Channels• Research and test new user acquisition channels to optimize their performance.• Run pilot programs with defined metrics to measure success.• Recommend channels to scale or drop based on data analysis.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels)• Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels to increase efficiency.• Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows to boost conversions.• Partner with Marketing/Product to enhance LTV/CAC.Experimentation• Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.• Execute experiments using testing tools to gather insights.• Document hypotheses, results, and conclusions.Data & Reporting• Own tracking setup and data accuracy to ensure reliable insights.• Build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).• Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
