Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Worked with Global Clients.
- In-depth Knowledge of Workday LMS: Expert understanding of Workday LMS functionalities, features, and best practices to guide the transition process.
- LMS Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and, if necessary, customize the LMS to meet specific organizational needs while maintaining flexibility and ensuring future scalability. (only Suggestions no implementation as scope of VR).
- Technical Troubleshooting Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during the transition, including technical errors, data migration challenges, and integration difficulties.
- Integration Expertise: High level understanding of the integration capabilities of Workday.
- Implementation and Migration Best Practices: Leverage prior experience to recommend optimal strategies, workarounds for unsupported functionalities, and methods to bridge gaps between current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes.
- Optimization and Analytics Framework: suggest in optimizing LMS usage, guidance on configuring reports in NIIT scope, and establishing an analytics framework to track learning outcomes.
- Data Migration Validation and UAT Support: Ensure accurate data migration, validate data integrity post-migration, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system readiness for launch.
