This role blends deep technical architecture skills with strategic pre-sales, client engagement, and innovative thinking around emerging technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI.You will lead the technical vision and solution blueprinting for large data, AI, and managed service deals, partnering closely with sales, delivery, and client teams to create scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutioning & Architecture•    Architect end-to-end solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), covering data, AI, integration, and security layers.•    Design target state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and cost/effort estimations (BoM/BoQ).•    Lead solutioning for large and complex deals, including Data & AI platforms, Cloud modernizations, and Managed Services engagements.•    Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and accelerators demonstrating solution feasibility, scalability, and value realization.•    Define delivery models, transition approaches, and operating frameworks for long-term service delivery.Data & Cloud Expertise•    Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, and modern data engineering ecosystems.•    Deep understanding of data architectures — Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, Data Fabric, Data Mesh, and Data as a Product paradigms.•    Proficiency in Data Modelling (Kimball/Inmon), ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Datastage), and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).•    Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC), real-time streaming, and metadata management frameworks.AI, Generative AI & Agentic Systems•    Hands-on or conceptual experience in AI/ML solution design, including GenAI architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, and MLOps.•    Experience conceptualizing and integrating Agentic AI workflows for intelligent automation, decisioning, and adaptive systems.•    Familiarity with AI model governance, LLMOps, and responsible AI frameworks.•    Partner with AI engineering teams to shape AI-driven transformation roadmaps.Pre-Sales & Solutioning Leadership•    Own solutioning for RFPs/RFIs, including technical write-ups, cost estimation, and solution presentations.•    Collaborate with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to develop winning, compliant, and cost-optimized proposals.•    Drive cloud transformation and modernization solutions including migration strategy, cost optimization, and architecture rationalization.•    Contribute to and enhance solution accelerators, reference architectures, and industry-specific frameworks.•    Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.Thought Leadership & Innovation•    Stay ahead of emerging technologies — GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMOps, Data Observability, Cloud-Native AI Services.•    Mentor internal teams, contribute to capability development, and promote solution reuse across pursuits.•    Participate in innovation programs and strategic alliances with cloud and AI partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake).Qualifications We Seek in YouMinimum Qualifications / Skills  Skills and Qualities\: Should have Handson experience in above technologies. Preferred Qualifications•    Relevant years of experience in Data, AI, and cloud architecture & solutioning.•    Proven experience in pre-sales / large deal solutioning ($10M+ TCV preferred).•    Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-led integration, and DevOps/MLOps pipelines.•    Certifications preferred:o    Cloud Architect (Azure/AWS/GCP)o    Databricks or Snowflake certificationo    AI/ML or GenAI specialization•    Domain experience in any one or two verticals (Nice to have)Why join Genpact?  ·    Be a transformation leader – Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation  ·    Make an impact – Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter  ·    Accelerate your career – Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities  ·    Work with the best – Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day  ·    Thrive in a values-driven culture – Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress  Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters\: Up.  Let's build tomorrow together.   Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
