This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in mid to leadership rolesCollaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and design tailored hiring plansBullseye sourcing channels: job boards, referrals, talent communities, social outreach to drive quality candidatesLead and develop the recruitment team, upskilling them on interviewing and candidate assessment techniquesEstablish robust hiring standards, competency frameworks, and structured interviews to ensure consistency and fairnessOptimize hiring efficiency by tracking performance data and reducing time-to-fill through data-driven decision makingStrengthen employer branding through targeted campaigns and candidate engagement initiativesCreate seamless candidate journeys with clear communication and feedback loopsManage recruitment dashboards, reports, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processesRequirements8–12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment expertiseProven track record of hiring for a variety of business and technical roles in fast-growing companiesAbility to partner with leadership, influence decisions, and manage stakeholder expectationsStrong sourcing skills and proficiency in modern hiring tools and ATS platformsData-driven approach to improving recruitment metrics and hiring strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working fully remote with distributed teams
