For more information visit Role Description: Program Associate – Communications & Social Media plays a pivotal role in amplifying OLF’s impact by building a vibrant teacher community, engaging stakeholders, and reshaping the narrative of government schools. Through storytelling, digital engagement, and advocacy, this role strengthens support for quality education. This role is not just about content creation—it’s about driving a movement. About the Role: As a Program Associate – Communications & Social Media at Open Links Foundation, you’ll: ✔️ Build and engage a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns ✔️ Identify and amplify powerful stories of impact from schools & classrooms ✔️ Craft engaging content – posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters & more ✔️ Manage and grow OLF’s social media presence across platforms ✔️ Collaborate with educators, field teams & stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools What We’re Looking For? 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields 💡 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement 🌐 Strong writing, storytelling & visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus) 📊 Ability to track engagement & refine strategies with an analytical mindset 🗣️ Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for effective outreach 🌍 Passion for education, community building & creating large-scale social impact Remuneration: ₹3.0 – 5.0 LPA (Based on experience) Apply:
