Position : Communication Specialist

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

We are hiring Communication Specialist who is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering internal and external communication content for global teams. The role involves content writing, brand communication, digital messaging, social media coordination, stakeholder communication, and supporting corporate branding initiatives.

This position works closely with global marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and high-quality communication output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for internal and external audiences.
  • Create communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, case studies, presentations, mailers, and reports.
  • Support knowledge management content, documentation, and process communication.

2. Internal Communications

  • Draft internal messages, leadership communications, and company-wide updates.
  • Manage intranet/employee portal content.
  • Support HR in employee engagement communication (events, programs, recognition).

3. External Communications

  • Assist in creating brand messaging, website copy, blogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with global teams for content approval, branding, and messaging consistency.
  • Help manage PR-related content (press notes, stories, media briefs).

4. Digital & Social Media Coordination

  • Support social media content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Create campaign content (banners, captions, copy, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design teams for graphic requirements.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal leaders, global marketing teams, and cross-functional units.
  • Understand communication needs and deliver materials aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of communication requests.

6. Branding & Quality Check

  • Maintain tone of voice, style guidelines, and brand compliance.
  • Review communication material for quality, grammar, and design alignment.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of grammar, editing, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120, ₹145,000.00 per month
