Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation Specialist

Key responsibilities include supporting the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countries in our organization.We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and operations, experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with global teams.The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality, be able to identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities, and develop creative workarounds to meet requirements without customizations.In this role, you will analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, keep up-to-date with Microsoft's continuous release plans, and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.Job DescriptionSupport the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for our clients.Work closely with clients to ensure successful delivery of projects and provide exceptional service.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong background in finance and operations.Experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with global teams.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a matching contribution provident fund, gratuity, flexible tax-saving benefits, healthcare, and attractive insurance benefits.OthersThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a new challenge.
