Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist PositionBusiness Solution Provider seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 specialist to enhance customer experience through technical excellence.The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and related technologies to deliver cutting-edge business solutions. Key responsibilities include:Resolving complex issues within Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)Maintaining and supporting Power Platform applications including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and DataverseConfiguring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, web services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service BusCoordinating system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments for seamless operational continuityOverseeing solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM)Key Performance Indicators:Effective escalation point for select customers and the broader teamChampioning best practices across the teamCollaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications or Change RequestsOptimizing time management and prioritization skillsRequirements:Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical roleProficiency in creating plugins, JavaScript, and Azure function appsStrong background in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)Expert knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
