Job Opportunity: Dynamics SpecialistA successful Dynamics Specialist will have a minimum of 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE techno-functional areas, including requirements gathering processes, oral and written communication skills, patience, leadership abilities, and a strong work ethic.Develop CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and model-driven applications using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Configure Dynamics CRM, including business rules, business process flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM toolbox, and data migration techniques.Have excellent knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE modules and Agile methodology.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills, analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, a positive customer service orientation, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible to perform at peak demands in high-volume periods.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement customized CRM solutions to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain effective business processes and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.Excellent technical skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
