Job Title: Technical Support EngineerYou will work closely with our Client Success team and provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues. Collaborate with the Engineering department to resolve these issues.Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.Support QA lead with quality assurance activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to quickly identify their problems.Offer workarounds to customers when a fix is not immediately available.Ensure timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution.Support the deployment of new applications.Document procedures for technical support.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Evaluate new releases.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.Availability during US working hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).3-5 years of experience in tech support for web-based business applications with a mobile interface.Familiarity with Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Experience with ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello etc.Strong communication skills are highly valued.Certifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not required.Adaptability and a development mindset are essential.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
