Job Description:Our team seeks a skilled Support Specialist to provide level 2 and level 3 assistance for Workforce Management across various functional modules.The ideal candidate will handle incident, service request, and problem management tickets in ITSM tools.Perform root cause analysis, identify configuration or data-related issues, and provide permanent solutions.Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional resolutions or workarounds.Configure or troubleshoot new and existing rules, pay rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.Collaborate with support teams for raising SRs and follow-up for resolution of product-related defects.Assist in regression testing, system upgrades, and patch validation activities for newer versions.Support integration flows with third-party systems such as HRT, Payroll, and Time Clocks.Leverage Cronos reporting tool to build custom reports as desired.Ability to write custom code using groovy scripting.Prepare functional documentation (including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.Provide end-user training or coaching as required.Requirements:A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (latest versions preferred v7+ Infor CloudSuite WFM).Strong expertise in modules such as:Time & AttendanceWorkforce SchedulingAttendance ManagementLabor Forecasting & BudgetingPay Rules, Work Rules, and Calculation GroupsExperience with Infor WFM Workbrain configuration and rule building.Knowledge of Mongoose platform and Infor ION workflows (preferred).Familiarity with Time Clock integrations (e.g. GT-400 GT-10 or other Infor-supported devices).Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills ability to read logs and debug errors.Experience in cloud-based application support and release cycles.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Good functional understanding of overall HCM processes including HR Benefits and Payroll.Nice to Have:Knowledge of Infor Global HR or Talent Management modules.Hands-on experience with Infor ION IPA (Infor Process Automation).SQL knowledge to perform data investigations and queries.Understanding of data security and compliance (e.g. HIPAA GDPR) in HCM systems.ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in ITSM environments.
