Workforce Management EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Engineer to join our expanding team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, configuring, and optimizing WFM systems to support workforce efficiency, operational insights, and compliance objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, and business stakeholders) to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.Design and maintain forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence models within WFM.Configure and fine-tune Desktop and Process Analytics to capture actionable insights, monitor process compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system administration for WFM applications.Qualifications:Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting WFM solutions.Strong understanding of workforce planning, call centre operations, and process optimization.Experience with system integrations, data feeds, and reporting within the WFM ecosystem.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Verint Cloud Certified (VCS)This is a fully remote contract working primarily EST hours.
