Sr. Workday Configuration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Workday Configuration Specialist to join our team.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday configuration, operational execution, and solution delivery within enterprise HR platforms.Duties:Configure and set up Workday to align with business needs and compliance standards.Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, workflows, and integrations.Deliver enhancements, patches, and upgrades without disrupting operations.Lead application support operations, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.Perform hands-on testing of system changes (integration, regression, FUT).Document and maintain system configurations, process flows, and support procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field OR equivalent experience.5-8 years of experience in software systems analysis with a focus on Workday configuration and support.Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Reporting/Prism.Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and workflow design, Service management tools, and System integrations.Benefits:This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to take their career to the next level.
