Job DescriptionERPA is a technology services firm dedicated to modernizing and maximizing customers' investment in Workday.We seek a skilled Workday Core HCM Consultant to ensure successful production support for HCM and related modules, including Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.The selected candidate will contribute to ERPA's Workday Application Management Services (AMS) practice, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver holistic solutions and elevate the user experience.Deliver consulting services on multiple client engagements, often with limited direction.Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing.Support Annual Events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc., as needed.Maintain clear communication with Engagement Managers and cross-functional counterparts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration, setup, and optimization.Maintain accurate forecasts and participate in project planning.Collaborate with Sales teams to develop sales presentations and demos.Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and best practices.Built strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
