We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Developer.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical components of Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Additionally, you will support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules by building interfaces and integrations, troubleshooting payroll/HR data issues, and delivering configurations and customizations.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing Oracle HCM technical components using HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP.Developing OIC integrations for HCM and working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.Maintaining Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.Analyzing HR/payroll data using SQL/PLSQL and identifying areas for improvement.If you have strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply.
