Oracle Functional Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions for large transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture: You will design end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Implementation and Delivery: You will implement and deliver full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live. You will develop technical components such as HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Data Migration and Security: You will design data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals, providing guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Performance Optimization: You will conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations, implementing best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.Mandatory Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modulesIntegration architectureOICHands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI PublisherProven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrationsPreferred Skills:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementationsKnowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design StudioCertifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCISoft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultantsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
