As we continue to scale our global operations, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to strengthen our vendor management, sourcing strategy, and cost-optimization initiatives.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement activities across our organization. This role will drive supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, marketing, product teams, and external partners to ensure procurement excellence across all categories.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency.Ensure ethical, transparent, and sustainable procurement practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in service-based procurement (training, events, technology, marketing) is an advantage.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-growing global organization shaping the future of professional certification and executive education.Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong opportunities for career growth.Remote-first work environment with flexible global teams.Opportunity to lead procurement transformation and build high-impact systems and processes.
