Job Title: PO Senior Consultant (PTP) Track

Experience Level:Senior (5+ years)

Job Summary:

A seasoned Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant with over 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the Procure to Pay (PTP) track. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to deliver solutions across procurement and payables modules, including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Accounts Payables, Payments, Automated Invoice Processing and Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Design: Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions that align with industrys best practices.
  • Module Implementation & Configuration: Lead configuration and deployment of procurement modules such as Purchasing, SSP, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification Management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure business alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Testing and Validation: Create test scripts, perform system integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Data Migration and Cutover Support: Assist with procurement-related data migration activities and ensure smooth transition during cutover and go-live phases.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and conduct user training and handover sessions to support long-term adoption and usage.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide HyperCare and stabilization support post-implementation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of PTP business processes and best practices.
  • At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation experience.
  • Experience with configuration, testing, and issue resolution in procurement modules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of integration with AP, Inventory, and Projects modules.
  • Experience working with approval workflows and BPM configuration.
