Job Summary:

A highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Project to Close (PTC) Track Lead to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud modules. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of project costing, billing, budgeting, and asset capitalization processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping:Collaborate with business users to understand project accounting, billing, and capitalization needs; translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations.
  • Ownership:Lead the Project to Close workstream across all phase-requirement gathering, design, build, test, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Cloud PPM Module Configuration:Design and configure modules including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Capital Projects, and integration with Fixed Assets and General Ledger.
  • Project Budgeting:Enable project budgeting and forecasting functionality; align cost controls and reporting to support financial planning and governance.
  • Intercompany and Multi-Currency Project Accounting: Design and manage intercompany project transactions and multi-currency billing scenarios for global implementations
  • Testing: Manage creation of test plans, test scripts, and execution for SIT/UAT phases; ensure issue resolution and process validation.
  • Cutover Planning:Define cutover strategy for P2C processes, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Drive user training, prepare SOPs and training decks, and support management initiatives across business units.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Project Management, or Information Systems.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 1 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion focusing on P2C modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules: Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Capital Projects.
  • Experience in project accounting, revenue recognition, and integration with GL, FA, and AR modules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud PPM certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFDi, and Smart View.
  • Domain experience in industries like construction, professional services, or life sciences is a plus .
