Requirements Qualifications & Experience: B.E. / B. Tech is mandatory and MBA / equivalent or higher degree  from a recognized university is preferable 10-15 years of experience in preparation of RFP, conducting bid management and supporting in contract execution to at least two State/ Central Government projects.
