Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO market. Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking events.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Provide insights to enhance business development efforts.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our BPO services and value propositions.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Open to Freshers: Candidates with a passion for business development are encouraged to apply, even if they are just starting their careers.
For experienced candidates, 2+ years in business development or sales, preferably in the BPO industry, is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required for effective communication.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
