We're looking for individuals who thrive under pressure, love winning, and are obsessed with beating targets.Role OverviewTitle: High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – Fitness IndustryCompensation: ₹30,000 Base + 10–20% Commission (₹1–3L/month potential)Location: Fully RemoteExperience Required: 1–3+ years of High-Ticket ClosingJob DescriptionYou will take inbound appointments from leads who have already shown intent by booking an appointment.Your mission is to diagnose the lead's needs, pitch our high-ticket fitness coaching program, and close the sale.This is a performance-driven role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands.You'll be responsible for:Taking 3–6 high-intent sales calls per dayClosing prospects into 30k–1L fitness coaching programsFollowing a proven script + objection management frameworksTracking pipeline on CRMHitting daily, weekly, monthly revenue KPIsLearning fast and improving closing % rapidlyWhat We Expect from You:We care about hunger and skill.
