Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue and numbers. 2. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, including homebuyers & investors. 3. Property Sales/Rentals: Sell/rent properties, ensuring timely closures and maximizing revenue. 4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments. 5. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. 6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. Job Description (JD) Job Summary: We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including homebuyers, investors, and developers. - Sell properties, ensuring timely closures and maximising revenue. - Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments. - Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and expand business. Requirements:- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations. - People expert at making Self promotional videos and creative reels Preferred Skills:- Sales and negotiation skills - Communication and interpersonal skills - Market analysis and research skills - Time management and organization skills - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
