- Develop andexecute a corporate outreach strategy to identifypotential employers for student placements internships andcorporate training opportunities.
- Buildlongterm relationships with keystakeholders in industries such as IT Data ScienceAI Digital Marketing Finance and other relevantfields.
- Negotiate and establishpartnerships with companies for corporate trainingprograms ensuring a steady stream of engagements and revenuegeneration for D COIL.
- Organizecorporate visits guest lectures and industrypanels to provide students with insights andexposure to realworld businesschallenges.
2.Placement & InternshipManagement
- Collaborate with theCareer Services team to identify andsecure placement opportunities for students in line with theirskills and careergoals.
- Coordinate and executecampus recruitment drives placement weeks and jobfairs both online and offline to ensure students areexposed to potential employers.
- Work closelywith students to match their skillsets andaspirations with relevant corporate partners forinternships and final placements.
- Ensurecontinuous feedback from recruitersand companies to improve student readiness andemployability.
3.Corporate Training andDevelopment
- Work with industrypartners to identify training needsfor their employees and position D COIL as a solution provider forcorporate upskilling.
- Design andpromote customized corporate training programs thatcater to industry needs in areas like AI/ML Data AnalyticsFullStack Development and DigitalMarketing.
- Coordinate with the Academic ProgramDirector to ensure corporate training programs arehighquality impactful and aligned with currentindustrytrends.
4.Strategic Planning &Reporting
- Develop and present anannual corporate outreach and placementstrategy including clear goals timelines and actionplans.
- Track and report on keyperformance metrics such as the number of industryconnections internships/placement conversions corporate trainingrevenue and studentfeedback.
- Analyze markettrends and adjust the strategy to meet the evolvingdemands of the industry and ensure student preparedness for futureopportunities.
5.Alumni Relations
- Engagewith alumni to create a strong alumni network thatcan support placements internships and industrymentorship.
- Organize alumnievents and leverage the network for industryconnections corporate sponsorships and trainingprograms.

Qualifications
- Education:A bachelor s or master s degree in Business AdministrationMarketing HR or a relatedfield.
- Experience:
- 35years of experience in corporate relations placementmanagement business development or a similarrole.
- Proven experience in establishingcorporate partnerships and managingrecruitment drives.
- Prior experience workingwith educational institutions orcorporate training programs is aplus.
- TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel WordPowerPoint) CRM tools and online job portals. Familiarity with jobboards and recruitment platforms isadvantageous.
