**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating placements for students within the SDE Roles.
- Liaise with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential employers and job opportunities.
- Support students in preparing for interviews and networking events.
- Collaborate with the placement team to develop strategies for increasing placement rates.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and other events related to placements.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and maintaining records.
- Conduct research on industry trends and job market demands to inform placement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in [relevant field, e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Education].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, career services, or related fields is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working with students and helping them achieve their career goals.
